Slavic Village Free Concert Details Announced By @CleveOrchestra

The Cleveland Orchestra has announced program and ticket details about the free concert that will culminate its neighborhood residency in Broadway Slavic Village — the third of such residencies it has done in the last two years.

The concert will take place at Our Lady of Lourdes Church on Fri 4/10, following a week and a half of events around the neighborhood as part of The Cleveland Orchestra At Home in Broadway Slavic Village.

James Feddick, former assistant conductor of the Cleveland Orchestra, will conduct the concert which will include Wagner’s Overture to Tannhauser, Smetana’s Moldau, Tchaikovsky’s Polonaise from Eugene Onegin, and Rossini’s Introduction and Variations for Clarinet and Orchestra featuring Cleveland Orchestra assistant principal clarinet Daniel McKelway as soloist.

The free tickets will be available at six locations in Slavic Village starting Saturday morning 3/21 with a limit of four per person. The concert is general admission and any seats not taken by 7:15 the evening of the concert will be released to non-ticket holders.
