Extend your St. Patrick’s Day celebration a little longer, at least as far as the music part goes. The Hiram-based Top O’ the Hill Band, who will be performing at Peninsula’s G.A.R. Hall as part of its Voices in the Valley series, features a pair of Hiram College faculty members, Tina and Paul Dreisbach, who are schooled in baroque music but cut loose on Irish music on the side, playing Irish flute, pipes, whistle and oboe.
They’re rounded out by guitarist Kevin Johnson and John Reynolds on fiddle, mandolin and banjo, and for this performance Robin Montgomery on piano. Their repertoire of jigs, reels and hornpipes would seem to make sitting still impossible
