If you love Brahms, you’ll be in heaven at Severance Hall this weekend, when the Cleveland Orchestra and Russian/Israeli/American pianist Yefim Bronfman perform two entirely different programs featuring his music.

Bronfman will perform both of Brahms’ piano concerts —No. 2 on Thursday and Friday and No. 1 on Saturday and Sunday.

The orchestra and conductor Franz Welser-Möst will fill in around it with a lot more Brahms. On Thursday and Friday they’ll lead into the concerto with two other Brahms pieces: Variations on a Theme by Haydn and Hungarian Dances.

On Saturday and Sunday, they’ll be joined by Grammy-winning organist Paul Jacobs who will warm up the audience with still MORE Brahms — his Prelude and Fugue in G minor and Two Chorale Preludes — and for a change of pace sone Bach, his Prelude and Fugue in A minor. Then the Orchestra will get things back on the Brahms track with his Tragic Overture, before Bronfman joins them on stage to wrap things up with Piano Concert No. 1.

Tickets are $35-$162.
