Northeast Ohio’s very own Jay Foran — senior vice president, business attraction for Team NEO — was named one of North America’s Top 50 Economic Developers by Consultant Connect.

Foran and his team, along with local development organizations, JobsOhio and the State of Ohio, assisted in attracting such companies as Alexander Mann, Ambaflex, Borgers, Exterran, Nestle USA, Steel Warehouse, Valerus and others.
