Go celebrate winter with fun and creative uses of fire and ice — featuring ice carving demonstrations, ice painting and ice bowling with The Corner Alley — in Toby’s Plaza. Warm up with hot cider, popcorn and a warm fire pit. Or pop inside MOCA for warmth and music spun by a DJ. Free and open to all.
