You pretty much know what to expect from a holiday orchestra pops concert. And if that’s your cup of tea, the Akron Symphony will deliver in spades. It’s assembling not just the orchestra, but also the Akron Symphony Chorus, the Gospel Meets Symphony Choir, members of the Akron Youth Symphony and Santa for a blockbuster program of holiday favorites and a reading of the holiday classic The Night Before Christmas.
There are three performances: Wed 12/17 at the Chapel in Green, THu 12/18 at the orchestra’s home venue, EJ Thomas Hall in Akron, and Sat 12/20 at the Medina Performing Arts Center.
