Fri 12/26 @ 6PM

Charles Worth has been around Cleveland’s hip hop scene for almost ten years, first as Chip Tha Ripper and now as King Chip. He’s been doing what MCs do, turning out a flood of mixtapes and collaborating with a large cast of other rappers and vocalists, including members of Cleveland’s biggest rap export, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony.

It was his friendship with another breakout Cleveland hip hop act, Kid Cudi, that helped gain him widespread exposure that he used to as a springboard to other opportunities including work with Kids in the Hall.

The busy artist has continued to collaborate with Cudi, appearing on his most recent album 2013’s Indicud, and he put out his own mixtae 44108 (the zip code of Cleveland’s Glenville neighborhood) last fall.

He’s back at the Agora Theatre for a post-holiday show. Tickets are $17 in advance, $25 at the door.
