Kent State University, Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District and The Cleveland Water Alliance are partnering up to bring you their 2nd annual Water Research Symposium. With the theme being “Water Infrastructure and Rebounding Cities” it’s easy to see how key

topics like Water Policy, the Ecology of Water & the Great Lakes, and Green Design & Urban Infrastructure will certainly be worth discussing at the Conference.

CoolCleveland Correspondent Marty Bielat met up with Kent State’s Dr. Grant McGimpsey to discuss the upcoming symposium. Dr. McGimpsey answered our questions, and spoke on the importance of respecting our water resources and the need for more sustainable care.
