Beer: Thirsty Dog 12 Dogs of Christmas. This beer’s name sums up the ideas of bringing the best together to celebrate. It is filled with seasonal flavors from generous amounts of toasted and caramel malts then mixed with equally generous amounts of honey, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. We feel it is the perfect libation filled with flavors of the season.
Drink: The Gobbler. Smirnoff 21, house made spiced syrup, fresh lemons, house made cranberry sauce, soda water. This cocktail kicks off the beginning of the holiday season. The fresh seasonal ingredients make this the perfect cocktail to enjoy during this fall season.
Bread Pudding: Sweet Potato Pie Bread Pudding. Melt’s delicious bread pudding incorporated with honey and brown sugar roasted sweet potatoes then topped with an oat and graham cracker crumble, toasted marshmallows, vanilla ice cream, fresh whipped cream, powdered sugar and a maple-brown sugar syrup.

Cleveland Heights Business District Improvement Fall Fundraising DaySat 11/8 The second Melt Bar and Grilled location opened in Cleveland Heights, Ohio in 2010. We are proud to call the corner of Cedar & Taylor in Cleveland Heights home. Melt is working closely with the Cedar/Taylor Development Association and local business to raise money to assist in the beautification of the business district.
On Sat 11/8, participating merchants in the area will be donating portions of their sales to the efforts. The goal is to match funds already donated by the city of Cleveland Heights.
Please join us on Sat 11/8 to assist in the efforts of making the great city of Cleveland Heights even greater. Melt Bar and Grilled will be donating $1 from each sandwich sold on Sat 11/8 directly to the beautification efforts.
