‘Migration’ Examines the Resurgence of a Weathered City @bay_arts

Fri 10/10 @ 7 – 9pm

Two things going on at BAYarts Fri 10/10. First, view the opening of Julie Cikra’s Migration, a exhibition that examines “the gritty feel of a weathered city full of vitality and a resurgance of life.” It’s an examination of great cities and how they endure. Think if it as taking the pulse of today’s Cleveland — full of Rust Belt chic and on the up-and-up. Just look at her mixed media/painting Untitled [above] and it just feels Cleveland in all its industrial glory.

Secondly, BAYarts hosts their 52nd annual juried arts show. View artworks of all mediums and see who walks away with cash money rewards.
