A former sausage packing plant in the Clark-Fulton neighborhood, adjacent the old Stockyards, the Hildebrandt Provisions Company had a booth at the nearby West Side Market for 100 years.
Now the open spaces, with their dramatic windows and industrial chic, are home to food trucks, fashion designers, ceramicists, sculptors, composers; in all a dozen artists that collaborate with and support each other.
Cool Cleveland stopped in on a Friday night and spoke with fashion designer Katie Simmons and comic Will Kesling, who hosts the Ka-Pow Comedy Show in a side gallery in the Hildebrandt on Fridays. View the video here.
