Pray for good weather. Originally scheduled for 9/13, the EC Grows Harvest Festival fell victim to torrential rain. So they’re trying again.
EC Grows — EC for East Cleveland — is a large community garden right across the street from the Coit Road Farmers Market.
And with the harvest at its peak, the gardeners there invite you to celebrate with them at their annual Harvest Festival. There will be food, music, dancing, seed planting for children, and tours of the garden with an opportunity to meet some of the people who grow there.
The Coit Market is open from 8am-1pm on Saturdays, so you can stop there and then hit the Harvest Festival.
