Get ready to run. The Cleveland Heroes Run honors firefighters and police officers who were killed in the line of duty. The day starts off with a mass followed by an opening ceremony w/ the Fallen Heroes Roll Call and the Honor Guards and Pipe Bands of the Cleveland Police and Fire Departments.
Then comes the race on a 5-mile certified course through the beautiful Cleveland Metroparks’ Rocky River Reservation. Young ones and families can opt for the 2-mile fun run/walk through West Park. There’s also a kids-only race for those 7 and under.
