The Beachland Ballroom keeps the celebration of the end of the Waterloo streetscape going for a second night with an evening of free music in both rooms, featuring a diverse roster of outstanding local bands.
Rootsy folk-rock ensemble Maura Rogers & the Bellows kick things off in the ballroom at 8, followed by the dense, spacey Midnight Passenger at 9:30 and soulful rockers Welshly Arms (pictured) at 11. New post-punk trio False Flag goes onstage in the tavern at 8:45, with eletronic dance artists Marcus Alan Ward (formerly known as Freeze-Tag) at 10:15 and the classic rock-influenced Commonwealth at midnight.
