STARTING to wonder if IF worth it…ADD up costs,hassles,BS,bribes,dealing with WHATEVER is in hood vs.if it is a problem just move away,smack over head and leave for someone else to deal with… WE JUST went THRU WHAT HORRORS…REALLY F O U R decades of BS in so many ways and ESCALATING…or HAD… everyone has own dynamics,reasons,affordabillity…BUT CONSIDERING IT ALL have to wonder…SURE slumlords to rest would LOVE FOLKS to be busted,PUSHED into THEIR deals…. THINK of ALL THE OLD folks,etc. LAST thing THEY want to do is fool with lawnmowers,etc. MAYBE have granny suite in back and let WHOEVER is left who can do work do said….
SHOULD NOT frame OUR stuff in same way that happened to some hopefuls who OVERBOUGHT AT INFLATED prices in a HOT LAS VEGAS housing market PRIOR 2008 BUT SAD,SURREAL when poor slob LOSES $100 K in a DP and THEN LOSES HOUSE ANYWAYS… THAT soul said NEVER AGAIN…rent..by the way..HE was a programmer…
AT end of day it is gonna be THE SURVIVORS, YUPPIES, NGO non profits that take all this over… TIME FOR $ 50 MILLION DEMOLITION FUND… WE are in A WHOLE OTHER world vs. even 1994 much less 1954 or ’24 or…I COULD be wrong… HOW many black skinny jean PDA web app Rasberry Linux programmers can one have? IN A FAST paced anything goes junkbond economy,etc. UNLESS get house for like LITERALLY PENNIES on the dollar and EVEN THEN…. I see stuff over in a tremont,etc. OLD TIMERS have HARD time with idea of NEW $300K homes over there…espec.considering built on bluffs overlooking ….QUIGLEY ? Ick…well…ENOUGH woods down there… still LITTLE wild wooly over there…hey..smart ones drink,do ‘stuff’ at home or in fenced backyard and have keys flung to where need to be sane and sober to get said… Let it go at that…
ONE nice thing about demolition,etc. LOT of eco green space.. MEET Federal EPA clean air standards. LONG term. get rid of TRYING to maintain all these wrecks… TIME FOR CFD to do fire practice… DIE IN COURTHOUSE waiting for banks to pay up or clean up properties… ENCOURAGE poor bum slobs to move on… medical,jail facilities OVERRUNNED anyways…

DEAR big building owners ALWAYS looking for deals,other down at city hall…OFFER up TIME SHARE,etc. and WE will take SAID OFF YOUR hands… instead THIS ‘circus’, games,people go to jail,indicted,fined,thrown out of office (MORE ways then one),certificates suspended,etc.and all that good stuff ….WHAT DOMINATES PLAIN DEALER ALL THE TIME… other then sports,ads,shootings,etc. Ok so if it bleeds it leads… blood aint only thing flowing that is red…
LISTEN…HOW many poor single moms with all THAT going on and WHAT does survives and thrives works for medical industrial industry in various ways, times,formats,etc. JUST saying…

HAVE a outer fence… keeps worst drunks,scrappers,crack hoes,etc.on outside…IF a blank turn on sprinklers or send out pooch..or plant poison ivy,other such…ALWAYS thought should JUST have a place were guys can do well HEY and DONE with it versus THIS mess prancing around unless thrill of chase,etc. “SHOPPING” as they say…My Oh my… smarter,nicer ones say which side swing on and prevents issues UNLESS guy out to do mayhem,murder…THOSE tables ‘can and do turn’….

NICE house above….GONNA coalesce around CERTAIN high dynamic hoods and REST fend for selves and WHOEVER survives in THOSE deals… CONSIDERING past events,etc. arson &/or foreclosure court or whatever determines end result…or webcams, cops,etc. TIE tubes of working gals…SPARE US ALL….
