This Friday, internationally-renowned, Cleveland-based artist Derek Hess presents his first solo exhibition in Cleveland in nearly 3 years.

Hess will present multiple bodies of work — including drawings on vintage Playboy covers and 8-track tapes.

Gifts From The Heart of Nature

Holden Arboretum’s annual Gifts from the Heart of Nature show/sale opens this Fri 11/15 with a preview party open 3-8PM. Sonny Geraci was the voice of the Outsiders, the first Cleveland rock & roll band to make a significant impact on the national charts back in the mid 1960s. Geraci suffered an aneurysm last year, and now a couple of dozen musicians who had top 40 hits when he did are playing a two-night extravaganza at Streetsboro’s Z-Plex to raise money for him.
