Punk/Metal Acts Blow the Roof Off Pats in the Flats for Their Holiday Show

Fri 12/29 @9PM

Just over two years ago, in October 2015, drummer Jim Konya, who played with metal bands Nunslaughter and Schnauzer, passed away unexpectedly of a stroke. The self-dubbed and much beloved “Mayor of Parma” was only 44.

Schnauzer had a tradition of doing a post-Christmas show each year at Pat’s in the Flats, and his former bandmates are carrying on that tradition. In deference to the hole he left, they are billing themselves as “Miniature Schnauzer.” Joining them on the bill are three other bands that kick up quite a ruckus, Fuck You Pay Me, Punching Moses and JJ Grim.

The show is free.
