We’d like to give a tip of the hat to Coventry Village vintage toy and novelties store Big Fun. It was included in a recent USA Today feature on the best places to shop on Black Friday that named prime shopping spots in each state in the country. It primarily spotlighted the best mall in each state, adding a one-sentence shout-out to a neighbor offering small shopping experiences; Big Fun was one of the few small stores mentioned by name in any state.
They wrote, “Visitors to Cleveland Heights, Ohio should check out the Big Fun Toy Store, with its variety of lunch boxes, blow-up toys, candy, dolls, and classic toys.”
Of course, locals know that any day is a good day to shop at Big Fun — you don’t have to wait for Black Friday or Small Business Saturday or even the upcoming Coventry Village holiday celebration.
