This month’s edition of the Cleveland Museum of Art’s Friday evening social event Mix is called Soul. It takes it theme from the current exhibition Heritage: Wadsworth and Jae Jarrell, on view through the end of the month. It looks at the Cleveland-based husband and wife’s work in an array of media, which the museum says, “engages music, the family and many cultures from the African continent as cornerstones of pride and communal identity.”
Guests can enjoy cocktails and food, and dance to music inspired by the Jarrells’ art work. Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door. CMA members are free.
