“Kitchen” Shows Off Talented Women of Color at the Happy Dog/Euclid Tavern

Thu 12/28 @ 7PM

The Twelve Literary and Performative Arts Incubator is launching a new quarterly program they’re calling “Kitchen,” taking place at the Happy Dog at Euclid Tavern in University Circle.

It kicks off with a panel discussion on art and activism by women of color. = Eris Eady moderates a panel featuring Kisha Nicole Foster, Michelle R. Smith, Siaara Freeman and Eva Barrett. At 8pm, the ladies of FreshProduce will host a poetry open mic, as well as perform their own 20-minute set backed by the quartet Moshuro. Between events, DJ Candi Fresca will be spinning music. A lot of ladies, a lot of talent on display!

It’s free for Twelve Arts members, $5 for other adults, $3 for students with ID.
