Mulberry Creek Herb Farm, the family-owned, all-organic farm that offers the largest array of herbs you’ve probably encountered anywhere, opens for the season St. Patrick’s Day week. You probably weren’t thinking about planting your garden then.
That’s OK. This weekend, they’re hosting a grand re-opening party, just in time for the hardier herbs to start going out in the garden. And it’s a special celebration of the new retail greenhouse, built after last year’s season ended, which more than doubled the amount of space for customers to walk around, browse and buy way more plants than they originally thought they were going to.
In addition to herbs, you’re find an enormous selection of fairy plants and fairy garden accessories, cactuses and aloes, scented geraniums, dwarf fruit trees starter vegetables (with more as planting season goes on), pottery, fertilizers and seeds.
