The Countryside Farm Market’s winter market is hosting a benefit to support year-round access to locally grown and produced edibles, taking place during its regular winter market at Old Trail School.
The Fundraising Fry-Up offers a pancake breakfast created with ingredients sources from market farmers and vendors. That includes pancakes made with organic pancake mix and eggs from Mud Run Farm, sausage from Brunty Farms, scrambled eggs made with local eggs from several farms, apple cider from Huffman Fruit Farm and coffee from Akron Coffee Roasters.
The breakfast, served from 9-11:30am, is $10 for adults, $7 for children.
