Cleveland duo Night Terrors “performs like a dream gone awry,” they say. Electric guitarist Tim Mirth and percussionist Paul Stranahan, who plays a variety of instruments including gongs, marimba and singing bowls, combine composed work and improvisation as the explore a vast territory of sonic texture.
Mirth, who is from Akron, has an affinity for styles ranging from classical to jazz to acoustic music to death metal. Clevelander Stranahan has become well-known for his variety of jazz/avant-garde projects.
Night Terrors will perform at the BOP STOP. Admission is $7.
