Sun 2/25 @ 3PM
The next concert in Heights Arts’ house concert series isn’t really a house concert; it takes place at the historic Dunham Tavern Museum in midtown. But that means there is more likely to be tickets left for these in-demand intimate events featuring some of the area’s best musicians.
How good are they? All six performers at the concert are members of the Cleveland Orchestra, include the members of the Omni Quartet: violinists Amy Lee and Alicia Alicia Koelz, violist Joanna Patterson and cellist Tanya Ell. For their “From Four to More” program, they’ll be joined by cellist Isabel Trauwein and cellist Paul Kushious.
The program includes a pair of quartets by Mozart: Adagio and Fugue in C-minor and String Quartet in G-major; and Brahms’ String Sextet in G-major for two violins, two violas and two celli.
Tickets are $55, $45 Heights Arts members, and $15 students. The concert includes a free wine and dessert reception.
