Madeleine Kabat was the Cleveland Cello Society’s collegiate division scholarship winner in 2010. She made her solo debut with the Cleveland Orchestra at 18, and since then, she’s earned diplomas from the Cleveland Institute of Music, Rice University, Juilliard and Oberlin Conservatory, where she was a teaching assistant.
She has performed as principal cellist of the Amarillo Symphony and assistant principal of the Madison Symphony. She was recently appointed to the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra’s cello section where she is Acting Assistant Principal.
She’ll perform at the Music Settlement’s Glick Recital Hall. Tickets are $15.
