If you’re going to have an Alpine Ski Dinner, now is certainly the time of year to do so, trotting out those heavy foods that provide sustenance during the winter months.
Chef Larkin Rogers will be rolling out such a dinner at Cuyahoga Valley National Park’s Hines Hill Conference Center. The dinner promises fresh, seasonal foods, whatever those might be right now, but the menu will definitely include fondue.
