Dobama Theatre Presents One-Actor Show “Grounded” About Woman Fighter Pilot

Fri 1/19-Sun 2/11

George Brant’s 2013 one-actor play Grounded deals with a female fighter pilot grounded by pregnancy, assigned to deploy military drones from a trailer outside Las Vegas. Eventually it begins to warp her sense of reality as her two worlds collide. It’s a tour de force role for a woman performer, one that movie star Anne Hathaway played in New York

Now Dobama Theatre is bringing the play to northeast Ohio. The production, directed by Alice Reagan, stars Anjanette Hall in the role of the pilot. It will run Thursdays through Sundays through Sun 2/11. Tickets are $10-$32.
