Thu 1/18-Sat 1/21
Cleveland Public Theatre offers audiences a chance to immerse themselves in new theater for three days, and to interact with and influence the work presented in its latest new play development project, Entry Point.
Both local and national artists will offer work in its early stages in staged readings or excerpts, ranging from 15 to 90 minutes, with audience feedback sessions following performances. On Saturday there will be two free panel discussions in the afternoon.
In what CPT describes as a “festival-like atmosphere,” doors open at 6:15 each night to hang out in the lounge; performances start at 7pm each of the three days at six different venues on the CPT campus. There’s even free beer to enhance the festival feeling!
Tickets are $15 for a single evening; $20 for the whole weekend.
