“The Bearded Lady Project” Film Highlights Women in Science at Cleveland Museum of Natural History

Tue 1/23 @ 6 PM

The 22-minute documentary film, The Bearded Lady Project, highlights the often grueling challenges faced by women in paleontogology, while demonstrating that, just by wearing a beard, gender stereotypes can be made to evaporate as fast as one can say, “Time’s Up!”  A panel of scientists in various fields will talk about the challenges of their work and answer questions after the film. And there will be pizza!

Admission for both members and nonmembers is free, but registration is required.
