The Cleveland Pops Orchestra and Chorus are back at PlayhouseSquare’s Connor Palace Theatre for their annual holiday concert — and our favorite annual dirty trick it plays on parents.
The concert features an audience sing-along with Fox 8’s Todd Meany, familiar holiday tunes such as “Silent Night” and “The Christmas Song,” the telling of the holiday classic The Night Before Christmas, and the chance to have your child’s picture taken with Santa. There’ll also be a toy donation fundraiser to help make other kids’ Christmases merry.
That dirty trick? In the lobby, there will be representatives from animal shelters with adoptable pets. Watch out! Your child may fall in love with a cut puppy or kitten, and are you really going to say no?
