Wed 11/15 @ 7PM
The latest guest in the regular Storytellers series at the Music Box Supper Club in the Flats will save you the cost of police scanner.
Before police issues became a hot topic in the headlines, local journalist/author/true-crime writer John Tidyman had compiled a collection of area patrolman-talk, Cleveland Cops: The Real Stories They Tell Each Other. He will summarize the best of these tales from the beat (hopefully, for benefit of the dinner crowd, he will leave out the one about the rats). Copies of Tidyman’s books will be for sale and signing.
Admission to the discussion is free. If suspects wish to dine, a prix fixe $20 meal is an option. Reservations are required if for the dinner, and doors open at 5pm.
