Michele Clerget comes to Tartine to host a special dinner inspired by the cuisine of the French Riviera. The seven courses include a smoked salmon tartine with mascarpone and cucumber, asoup de pistou (vegetable soup) a bouillabaisse terrine, a ravioli de ratatouille with summer vegetables including squash, eggplant, bell pepper and roasted tomato, a peach-and-prosecco sorbet, a duck confit, and a cherries and chocolate dessert.
The courses will be paired with wines and Clerget will be talking about the wines and telling stories about the family vineyard in Burgundy, France.
Dinner is $95 per person. Dinner is served promptly at 7; you can come earlier and have some cocktails. Call 440-331-0800 to make reservations.
