Sustainable Cleveland’s Vital Neighborhoods Working Group has been hosting its Potlucks in the Park for five years, with each taking place at a different location in order to share with people from around the city what different neighborhoods have to offer.
This year’s potluck, the 6th, takes place at the Cleveland Metroparks Brookside Reservation near the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. There people can join with others for a meal of local food, live music, information tables from local organizations promoting good health and civic comity, and activities for kids including hula hooping, jump rope and crafts. Bring a well-labeled dish of your choice, as large or small as you wish (local restaurants also provide food), or just bring yourself. It’s free.
