The annual Tremont Arts & Cultural Fest in Lincoln Park lucked out with perfect Indian Summer weather. It was ideal for browsing the booths offering art and crafts of all kinds, checking out the community groups, enjoying ice cream and other local foods, and contributing some artwork in the form of chalk drawings on the sidewalk by the park’s brand-new gazebo. The tail-wagging dogs seemed to be having the best time, and if you didn’t have one and were looking, the City Dogs pit bulls were onsite looking to be adopted.
