The Burning River Fest Brings Food, Drink, Music and Water Conservation Advocacy to Whiskey Island

Fri 8/18-Sat 8/19 @ 6PM

Great Lakes Brewing Company’s annual Burning River Fest is back for its 16th year, and it’s definitely not all about the beer. Taking place at the Historic Coast Guard Station on Whiskey Island, the festival also features, lots of food options from Syman’s corned beef sandwiches to Italian and Mexican options, displays and information about water conservancy, and a packed lineup of local bands on two stages headlined by Akron neo-soul ensemble Wesley Bright & the Honeytones on Friday and Los Angeles dance/pop artist Robert DeLong on Saturday. There’ll also be a silent disco in the boathouse with DJ Red-I.

Tickets are $15 each night.
