The next Lakewood Speaker series event takes place at Mahall’s 20 Lanes, and it covers a topic that is one of Lakewood’s strengths: food.
Titled “BBQ Bourbon & Beer,” it features Shane Vidovic and Ted Dupaski of the Proper Pig, who will conduct a discussion with restaurateurs and BBQ mavens from across the region about why BBQ is enjoying a resurgence, what differentiates them and what bourbons and beers go best with Proper Pig’s “Secret Sauce.”
There’ll be an opportunity to sample some food and beverage as well. Admission is $25.
