Uncorked Medina Wine Festival Twists Off Its First Edition

Fri 7/21 @ 3-9PM

Sat 7/22 @ 1-9 PM

Have you heard it through the grapevine? There’s a new wine festival in Ohio, and Seville has got it.

The brand-new Uncorked Medina Festival debuts in 2017 (what will they do, smash a champagne bottle against it?) with local/national microbreweries and vintners, food trucks, crafts vendors, and chef Anthony Scolaro of 111 Bistro in Medina, preparing an elite wine-food pairing via a five-course “Twilight Dinner” — oh great, more arguing over whether Bella should go with Edward or Jacob, just when we thought we were over that.

Live music includes vocalist Helen Welch, the rockabilly of the Twang Cats, Beatles tribute Liverpool Lads, and more. Chefs from Cleveland, Medina and Wadsworth are scheduled to give kitchen and grilling demos.

Admission (including tasting tickets) is $25 in advance and $30 at the door, with premium reservations for the Twilight Dinner. Proceeds to benefit the Friends of Medina County Parks. There is free parking and a shuttle bus from the lot.
