Is sewing something you tell yourself you’ve been meaning to get around to learning? Stop talking and start doing! One way to motivate yourself is to take one of the classes offered by CoolCleveland fashion columnist Dru Thompson, proprietor of the busy and growing Dru Christine Fabrics and Design in the Waterloo Arts District.
She’s got a couple of classes this week. Her Friday evening Sip N’ Sew classes, geared to all levels, will show participants how to create a modish beach cover-up. And her Sunday Sew-in for advanced beginners will provide instruction on making a maxi skirt.
