Would Donald Trump Be Welcome — Nyet? Da? — at the Russian Festival in Parma?

Fri 7/28  @6-11PM

Sat 7/29 @1-11PM

Sun 7/30 @1-9PM

Rumor is that the Russians rigged last year’s presidential election and, therefore, the USA is pretty much a vassal of Russia right now.  Just in case it’s true, wouldn’t be in your best interest to become Russian as soon and thoroughly as possible? After all, you never know when the Kommissar’s in town.

Fortunately, the annual Russian Festival in Parma can help, tovarich. Presented by St. Sergius Cathedral, the Cleveland Russian Festival gives comrades the total-immersion-banks-of-the-River-Volga experience. Behold performances by the Cuyahoga Cossacks, the Golden Gates Musical Ensemble (all the way from St. Petersburg) and the Iveria Georgian Dancers.

There are also horse rides, a Russian Tea Room featuring crafts and vendors, and “Bubble Soccer” (a Russian inwention, as Mr. Checkhov will tell you).

Admission is $5, or free for children under 14.
