While ferrets might not be as popular a pet as cats and dogs, they are engaging little critters, playful and adorable. Unfortunately, some people adopt them, attracted by how cute they are, but, not knowing much about them, find they’re more of a handful than they expected. That’s where the nonprofit Ferrets Unlimited comes in. The organization rescues ferrets and re-homes them to owners who know what they’re getting into.
To fund their work, they’ll be hosting Ferret Bowl 2017 at Red Circle Lanes in Parma (of course!) It’s $20 for unlimited bowling and shows, pizza and wings, soft drinks and draft beer. Other beverages will be available for purchase. There’ll be raffle prizes to raise additional money.
