The 28th annual Cleveland PRIDE Festival Pride Parade, Rally, and Festival took place Sat 6/24 at Voinovich Park in downtown Cleveland, as part of Pride Month nationwide.
Returning from last year’s cancellation. allegedly due to safety concerns, the festival ran smoothly from 11am-8pm, hosting many performers, speakers, and over 50 local organizations such as Giant Eagle and Planned Parenthood.
The Parade’s Grand Marshal was Linda Krasienko, who founded a retirement home for LGBTQ citizens. Performers included Grammy-nominated singer Taylor Dayne.
