A lot of the big food truck events are downtown. But if you’re out on the east side, you can stop at Legacy Village for Food Truck Mondays, which return for the fourth year, starting this week. They’re promising an expanded lineup of trucks. Guitarist/vocalist Bob Frank of Blue Lunch will be providing background music to aid your digestion.
After this week, they’ll be there every other week through August. Check the Legacy Village website to see what trucks will be there each week.
