Exploring the natural resonances and dissonances of their instruments, the violin and bassoon duo Wolftone creates complex sound-worlds for this unusual pairing of voices. Wolf tone comprises Oberlin Conservatory alumni William Overcash on violin and Ben Roidl-Ward on bassoon. They have collaborated closely with composers Peter Kramer, Zach Sheets, and Judy Jackson to bring this bold new program work to St. John’s Episcopal Church in Ohio City.
