At the Western Reserve Historical Society, the Cleveland History Center launched/uncorked History On Tap as a regular seasonal attraction. On the second Thursday of each month the Center hosts special guests, games and activities inspired by Cleveland’s past, paired with hors d’oeuvres and happy-hour libations.
The April “Comics and Comedy” special is just for laughs — seriously. Cleveland has a long history of comedy (a lot of it pretty damned unintentional, you ask me — rimshot, wakka-wakka-wakka). This soiree puts the spotlight on the funny men (and women) who are connected to Cleveland, from Bob Hope to Drew Carey and Tim Conway.
Tickets are $7 in advance or $10 at the door, with discounts for Western Reserve Historical Society Members and Students with IDs.
