This month’s edition of the Cleveland Orchestra’s Musical Rainbow kids concerts focuses on “The Cool Clarinet,” perhaps inspiring your child to become the next Benny Goodman or Pete Fountain — or the next Robert Woolfrey, acting assistant principal clarinetist with the Cleveland Orchestra.

He’ll be the musical guest at “The Cool Clarinet,” showing the kids how the instrument works and sounds, playing short, kid-friendly tunes, while narrator Maryann Nagel leads them in singing, clapping and jumping round. The concerts, which take place in the smaller and less overwhelming Reinberger Chamber Hall, is aimed at kids 3-6. Tickets are $7.
