Cocktail Feature: Melt Mai Tai Our take on this famous and very mysterious Polynesian-style cocktail. Bacardi rum, gran gala, fresh lime juice, house made orgeat syrup* and a Meyers dark rum float. Our house made orgeat syrup is crucial for creating an exceptional Mai Tai. Orgeat is made from roasting and then pulverizing almonds to a liquid form and then sweetening the liquid to create a syrup

The March Collaboration: Wok the Jasbah Jasmine IPA For our most recent collaboration with Fat Head’s Brewery we developed this one-of-a-kind Jasmine IPA. Sweet jasmine flowers and juicy tangerine hops shine in our latest collaboration. Brewed to a deep golden color this beer finishes dry and leaves a floral bitterness that is crisp and refreshing. Plus, let’s not forget the medicinal benefits of jasmine flowers which are commonly used as an anti-depressant and aphrodisiac!

Rhinegeist from Cincinnati – Knowledge IPA draft event! This Imperial IPA is typically only available in cans but there is a limited amount being kegged and we have them! All Melt locations will begin offering Rhinegeist Knowledge Imperial IPA on Friday, March 3rd. Kick-off Party at our Akron location – Friday, March 3rd. Knowledge Imperial IPA, Truth IPA and Cougar Blonde Ale. Brewery reps will be on-site to answer questions and pass out cool Rhinegeist swag.

Melt Bar and Grilled Dayton Ohio COMING SOON! We are beyond thrilled to announce the opening of our first Dayton, Ohio location. The new Melt outpost will be located at The Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek, Ohio just east of Dayton off I70 & I675. Our tentative timeline for opening is June 2017.
