Mike Polk Jr. is known for his videos satirizing Cleveland attitudes. He’s gotten millions of plays for his “Cleveland Browns: Factory of Sadness” video in which he reproaches Browns Stadium for the losing team it houses and his “Hastily Made Tourism Video,” spoofing the happy talk behind the “Cleveland’s the next hot town!” narrative. He’ll mock anything about Cleveland, onstage, on video or in print. He’ll even make fun of his cat who probably doesn’t give a shit as long as there’s food in the bowl.
Now he’s taking his talents to the Kent Stage where he’ll probably make fun of Kent’s famous black squirrels. Tickets are $15 in advance, $18 at the door.
