Sun 2/26 @ 2PM

Music director Tim Weiss and the Oberlin Contemporary Music Ensemble partner with the Cleveland Museum of Art for a series of compelling programs from the contemporary classical repertoire. Weiss and Oberlin Conservatory’s long history of fostering contemporary classical music has been the birthplace of two award winning contemporary chamber music groups, Eighth Blackbird and International Contemporary Ensemble (ICE).

For this performance in Gartner Auditorium, OCME programs two works featuring voice, Entr’actes and Sappho Fragments by Harrison Birtwistle and Tituli by Stephen Hartke.

It’s $10; CMA members and students are free.
