This week, Chef Dennis at the Music Box Supper Club hosts another of his periodic Dinners with the Chef, offering him a chance to play around and exhibit his culinary skills and patrons a chance to try something outside the regular menu.
At one large community table in the club’s private room, guests will enjoy a three-course meal, including wine with the entrée, a pork roulade with lobster, spinach, artichoke and boursin cheese with cremini mushroom risotto, steamed romosco and shallot pork reduction. His salad and dessert are equally complex.
The ticket price of $48 also includes admission to the evening’s show, Sisters in Song, featuring three of Northeast Ohio’s most talented singers — Becky Boyd, Kristine Jackson and Rachel Brown. To make a reservation, call 216- 242-1250.
