As part of its mission to promote healthy lifestyles, Ohio City’s Townhall is presenting a free wellness talk with Dr. Jerrica Sweetnich, a naturopathic doctor who addresses health imbalances, focused on finding the roots causes of disease using diet, lifestyle changes, vitamins, minerals and botanicals. Among the issues it can address are chronic conditions like insomnia, fatigue and migraines.
Although the talk is free, you should RSVP to save your seat.
And you might want to come early for dinner. Fortuitously, Monday is also Townhall’s vegan night with an expanded menu of all-vegetable food items, served starting at 5pm
